Hope for the Villages of India

Unserved

90% of India’s 1.2 Billion people are without Christ according to the Joshua Project. Of this 90%, 800 million have never heard the name of Jesus or the good news that He died for them.

Today in India, hundreds of millions wait to hear the Good News that God loves them and He has sent people to help.

Reaching India includes a plethora of cultural difficulties. 456 languages, 2500 people groups, and a still-practiced caste system makes it difficult to reach India with the Good News. The thousands of people groups in this nation are separated by many subtle cultural differences.

Impoverished

Many of the millions live in a cycle of poverty and hopelessness. Socially, the caste system tells many that they are worth less in society. Economically, many struggle with even having enough to eat. Over 250 million people live on less than $1.25 per day.

However, we believe the greatest poverty is life without knowing God’s love. This is true for people from any religion or walk of life.

Serve India Ministries is on a mission to bring Good news to the hurting people of India. We believe we can provide hope and help them end a cycle of poverty.

The Good News Brings…

Freedom From Bondage

The Good News frees villagers from bondage to their life of poverty and pain.

Dignity

The Good News helps people see their value and self-worth. They will know they are loved by God, regardless of faith.

Hope Amidst Poverty

Hope Amidst Poverty

As villagers experience the love that God has for them and we have for them, they begin to care for the weak, help the sick and bring hope to the downtrodden.

Abundant Life

Through the love demonstrated by the life and self-sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we are inspired to help those around us find hope and healing in this life, no matter who they are or what they believe.
